General Properties
This cleaner is designed to convert oil, grease, fats, blood and
animal by-products into a soapy solution which floats up and out
of a surface during the rinsing process. It effectively removes wax
off of tile or inlayed floors. Cleans tools and equipment. This
emulsifying process permeates into voids, cracks, or concrete
surfaces converting the oily matter into a soapy solution permitting
easy removal.

• Concrete, wood, or metal floors
• Cleaning machinery, tanks, and equipment
• Removing oily films from cleanable, paintable surfaces
Application Information and Equipment
To remove heavy deposits of oil, grease, blood, or fats, use a solution of
1 part P83 Oil & Grease Emulsifier mixed with 6 parts water. For
light deposits of oil, grease, blood, fats, or wax, apply a solution of 1
part P83 Oil & Grease Emulsifier mixed with 15 parts water.
Thoroughly scrub the surface with a stiff bristle brush until surface is
clean, then rinse well with water. Repeat this process for stubborn
areas or until surface is clean. Allow to dry thoroughly before coating.
